I have 1 small tomini and would like to add another from this family. only other fish perc of clowns who never leave their nems and 1 6 linewrasse.

hmmm I would be catious is a tank that small to do more then 1 tang! they need their "own space". If you put another they are sure to fight and will have to get rid of one when they are grown. I would stick with some smaller fish at this point!
