Im leaving Wednesday,staying with Larry and Leng.Apparently I've got cot duty.I'll be helping Ecosystems with set up during the day and by Thursday night I'll hopefully be having crawfish etoufee at my favorite Cajun restaurant Pappadeauxs.Also plan on getting my fill on Texas BB Que,mesquite smoked ofcourse and Soul food,been craving smothered pork chops for 4 years.The local Soul food restaurants here are missing some magic,Im guessing it's the lack of Southern flair or maybe the hot and mushy peach cobbler.But I regress,if you havent been to Houston before it's one of the best food and drinking cities out there and the Westin Hotel is nothing to scoff at either.As far as fun after the conference it's only third to Vegas and New Orleans.
