I guess there are some toes out there, huh :rollface:. I knew this was the philosophy of this club even before I moved to the area.

Maybe a meeting at some point to introduce the new comers to the group?

Just so the active have an understanding that dues, rules & regs are not what this club is about. There are plenty of other clubs that'll take your money if you feel the need for a website, rules & regs

Sorry. Yes, I was negative and I apologize for that... the internet does that to me. Should've given you the benefit of the doubt. The MDRC seems pretty awesome, and it's in our back yard leave for an occasional hour or so drive, but the group of us here in the Susq Reef "Club" already drive that length time to time.

I hope you're able to get together the formal club you're aspiring towards.

Been busy working on my new set-up The 96x24x24 acrylic tank I bought from you has been reduced in size to 91x20x18. After a thorough inspection of the seams, I was not comfortable with the stress fractures (crazing) so, I took a circular saw to it, routed all the edges, rebuilt using Weldon #4 and leak tested. Now I have a new 140 gallon sump :thumbsup: My new set-up main display will be a 96x42x28 plywood tank I'm building. It will replace my in wall 180 gallon in the same location, so I have to re-do my fish room too :fun4: Here's a few pics of tank progress, enjoy!
