who makes your own food and what do you use?

I am looking to start making my own fish food and wanted to see what you guys use in your ingredients.

For me I use fresh seafood....clams, muscles, shrimp, some cod fish...squid, rinse well in ro and grind it up. I add in garlic, amino acids PE and cyclopeez when I can find it....fish roe as well and unseasoned nori.

shrimp, clams, mussels, frozen fish food, ground up Nori of different colors, selcon and vita chem. I add metroplex kanaplex and focus. Fish love it. I literally thawed Mysis, Brine, rods, LRS, Uva, fish eggs, blood worms. Fish love it! Time consuming
