Who to mesure the flow in a MP10 or MP40?

Hi, I'm having some flow problems in my 50G tanks.

I split the tank in parts, left side with SPS and right side with LPS but I can't find a way to adjust properly the flow. Is anyone knows who to mesure the flow to have around 4500L/h in the LPS and 7500L/h in the SPS?
