who was the guy with all the scrap acrylic for 10 bucks a handful???

im looking to get some acrylic to do a 9 gallon nano and to make baffles in a 40 breeder, so im going to need a decent amount, but all pieces can be scrap so i can save money.

i think the guy was out of mentor.... anyone know who it was?
