That is an orange tipped GBTA. It is just bleached.

mine is exactly like that but my orange tips arent that extreme. i can defend it not being bleached but people will still say no they're bleached regardless of how much light and food they get. Theres the one person who has the pink nem and people argue that no its bleached when it has more then enough lighting. My nem just looks like glass, its gorgeous...i will take a pic of it when i get home from work later on today.

I can testify for the quality of Vivid Aqaurium's livestock. I have had many orders from them and all but one arrived healthy and in good shape (a tang with ich died and they replaced it). Any BTA sold from any vendor may not take on the same color in the purchaser's tank as it was seen in the seller's pic. Color, like expansion and bubble tips, are dependent on lighting and a host of water parameters. That nem looks healthy and robust to me- its final color will depend on who buys it.
