So the past couple days my crabs (red legged, blue legged and emrald) have been hanging out on my daisy polyps frags and I looked closer and the emrald was ripping off polyps and eating them, I added in a piece of nori and he ate a little but today I found a polyp floating around the tank! What do I do!? I put the nori in and they don't eat!:angryfire: is there anyway I can take them out and replace with snails? Cuz they just keep bugging all of my frags and snails!

Emerald crabs are not totaly reef safe. Something they get a taste for and thats it they will eat it from here on out. Serpant stars are know for doing as good a job on clean up as hermits with less load on your tank. You will probly have the trap the emerald crab. Cut the neck off of a plastic coke bottle turn the neck around and stick it in the bottle. Put some food and something to weigh it down. I also put fishing string on mine so I can remove it with out sticking my hand in the tank.
