nah20freak do you have any picture of the tank stand and canopy did you buy the stand and canopy or make it im in the process of setting up a 125

sorry guys cant get the picture of the tank with black had to go back to blue my unicorn tang and my maroon clown were freaking out they were seeing there shadow in the black and going nuts already dealing with a mild case of ick so blue it stays

I've always wanted to try and do a light blue(on top) fading to dark blue(near the bottom). So it would kinda look like your looking down into the ocean.

NaH20freak - are those corals real? The color is so vibrant they look fake. What type/brand of lighting do you have? I'd really like some detailed info on your tank (TOTM nominee IMO)

How do you keep your tank so clean? Looks great

i think black just makes everything stand out and seem so bold. bright colors against a dark background makes it even brigther and more amazing.

Wow! Thanks a lot for the compliments!!

Here is an old pic of the stand and canopy. The tank in the pic is my old 100gal tank. The new tank is 4" taller and is a 125gal. All other dimensions are the same.

The tank is lit by 2, 250W, DE, 14K Phoenix bulbs with 4, 4', URI, VHO actinics.

I have a deltec APF600 skimmer, Korallin Ca reactor, PM Kalk reactor and I run about 20mg/hr of ozone from a RedSea ozonizer.
