why can't i upload my pix

hi all..i got a question why can't i upload my pix from photo bucket or my hard drive. i need help...please help..i read on this in the faq, i try what they told me but it won't work...

Which FAQ are you reading? Are they on Photobucket now? You want to place a link to them on Photobucket in your posts.
