Why Can't They Just Leave Stuff Alone?

Apparently Heinz make a new "Cleaning Strength" vinegar now, the list of ingredients stating little more than it's distilled to a 6% acidity. No flavors, no scents, no gluten. The issue here is that I've been soaking a couple powerheads in this stuff for a couple days before realizing it. You guys don't see a potential problem here, do you?

It is never the "best" idea to soak anything with an epoxy electrical seal that is line powered in any strength straight vinegar for more than 10-15 minutes....

If I had all my line powered equipment protected by a gfci device or if this was a low voltage powerhead I wouldn't be concerned though with that..

Isn't vinegar 5 or 5.5% as it is?
What's another point ? It'll just work faster

Yes... Typically "normal" distilled vinegar is 5% and "cleaning" vinegar is either 5 or 6% and some cleaning versions aren't as refined/purified as normal vinegar and may state not for food consumption..

For our applications in this hobby they are basically the same..
