Although we update our site frequently, availability status can change as orders are filled and item status changes. Your shipment confirmation email should state that your order has partially shipped. As Vijaym85 stated, we hold back-ordered items open for two weeks. Should the Mandarin become available during this time, you would be charged for the item only as we do not charge additional shipping costs for back-ordered shipments. We would then email tracking information for the back-ordered item after it ships out. If you would prefer this fish to be cancelled or if you would not be available during this time period, please call us at 1-800-334-3699 at your earliest convenience.
