Why does my skimmer have all these little bubbles coming out the bottom?

I took apart my skimmer and gave it a cleaning one day, since then there are all these little bubbles coming out of the bottom, also I can't run it as high as I used to.

Needs to build a slim coat on the inside of everything again, give it a few days to settle back in.

You can take it out again and ensure that you correctly sealed it to the bottom plate. I made the mistake of thinking mine was sealed after a cleaning. The micro bubbles got so frustrating I pulled it and found a gap. Also the small rubber gasket that sealed around the pump cord was not seated properly.

Once sealed it still leaked micro bubbles for a few days as it settled back in as mentioned above.
