why doesn't my RBTA bubble up

i have had this RBTA for about four or five months and it has never had one tentacle bubble. i was just curious if anyone knew why?

Mine gets retarded bubbles in various places along the tentacles, but has never had the typical bubble tips. I belive that what I read is that even in the wild many bubble tip anemone's dont display bubble tips either. It could be a genetic predisposition to have them or not, or it could be environmental conditions. I dont think alot of research study has gone into it, but there certainly has been enough to say that we dont know.
