why is anemone shrinking up?

I have a green bubble tip anemone and it is acting very strange. During the night when the light is OFF it is fully inflated and beautiful, but when my 175 watt 20k halide is on it shrinks up and looks terrible. This has happened for about a week now. Any suggestions?

What are your water parameters? Any additions to the tank lately? Is it shrunk up all day, or for short periods?

everything is great. calcium 425, kh 120, temp. 79, nitrates 0. it is shrunk up the entire time the light is on. also, i have a pink birdsnest and a green candy cane coral in the bank of the tank that are open all day and look great, and a green hydnophoria next to the anemone in the front of the tank that also looks bad like the anemone.

If you got it recently, it is light shocked I bet.

i added a new light fixture actually the same day as i added the anemone. my light fixture is a 175 watt halide and the lfs had it under a 400 watt halide.
