Why is it not working???!!!

This is my tunze skimmer above(ignore the lines). my pump isnt working for some reason. i can hear the motor inside working but the white propellor thing isnt moving. why is this??? can someone plz help me!!!

I sent a PM, that is an older skimmer probably a 230 or one of the first 230/2, in your PM I said 5 years old, looking at it in more detail now I would say even as old as 10 years, it needs to have the motor rebuilt, it is not that complicated and their is a kit.
