Why Isn't my Sea Hare Eating

Last night I bought a small, quarter sized sea hare for $30, it was pricy, but I couldn't find any around here.

I acclimated it, and put it in the tank to help my horrible hair algea problem. I put it on the skeleon of my branching frogspawn coral since it was full of hair algea and causing it to not open. The sea hare moved around it, and found a spot under it to hide in. Its only moved about an inch or two away from that spot under the frogspawn skeleton.

My question is, will it be ok? could it be adjusting still?

Thanks.

the sea hare will eventualy start eating. have you checked the levels of your tank to make sure nothing is off? sea hare are really finicky from what i have seen to unstable tank parameters.

BTW, sea hares only cost $10 at house of tropicals in glen burnie. if it is a blue sea hare then the price you paid is what they usualy go for.
