Why isnt Prazipro getting rid of Black Ich?

Ive been doing tank transfers to rid my fish of white ich. Each tank transfer has been dosed with prazipro to the correct concentration. Tanks have been 5gal 10gal and 20 gal.

I dechlorinate the tap water and then add salt and let it mix with my powerhead for hours then add prazipro and let it mix for hours. Next morning i transfer fish and take the power head out because its too strong for the fish.

Is the prazi pro not working sue to poor circulation? But shouldnt the prazi pro have mixed well with the water already? I have a bubbler and heater and thats it.

I have also been dipping all fish in freshwater for 4-5 minutes for the past 3 days and the yellow tang still has this one black dot on its tail. Been treating with prazi pro for almost 3.5 weeks now. Bottle is not expired hought i off amazon its the small bottle.

I know its black ich because during qt the tang developed black spots all over and most fell off after dipping in freshwater. 5 days ago a second black dot developed next to the black dot on its tail which fell off after dipping but the one on its tail is stubborn and has been there a while now.

Going to look into formalin baths.

Prazi does not treat ich, it's meant for flukes and flatworms, not ich. Copper or cuprimine threats ich, or TTM.

Prazi pro treats black ich which is a type of tubellarian worm.

Copper didnt have much of an effect on the black ich either as it broke out during copper treatment which preceded the tank transfer.

People say black ich isn't as bad as white ich but this parasite has been jsut about as difficult to get rid of.

It has survived Cupramine, 3 weeks of tank transfers, 4 freshwater dips, and 3 weeks of PraziPro.
