Why not a reply?

This is the 2nd time that I have stuff that I have ordered on backorder. I sent an email last night asking what the status was and did not receive a reply. About a month ago, I sent the same message on an item that was on backorder as well. I did not receive a reply then either. I have spent thousands with you guys and feel that I deserve a reply. Please look at your emails and REPLY!
 
you need to call them and ask to talk to Henry . from my experience , emails are next to worthless with MDL . i tried to email them with problems a handfull of times and only once did i get a responce.

On the other hand i have emailed them at this address . when i had questions about "buying an item" ( not when i had problems) and got a responce within hours every time .
