I see so many people say they vaccume there sand, especialy when there using CC as a substrate. I tried vaccuming once and I sucked up tons of little inverts and other such thing living in my sand. Seems like your destroying a good food source and breeding ground. Any imput on this thought?

Crushed coral should be vacuumed at water changes to eliminate built up detritus, that will eventually lead to nitrate issues. If you have a fine aragonite sandbed then there is no need to vacuum and can be quite detrimental if you run a dsb. Your properly stocked cleanup crew should take care of this for you. ;)
