Why not TTM for velvet and brook?

As I read the life cycles for Velvet and Brook I am unclear why the stated treatment for them would not be TTM like it is for ich? I have not had much experience with using medication on fish.. but I have had experience with TTM and it is easy and tolerated by all fish!

TTM could work for Amyloodinium if done with daily transfers since its reproduction occurs off-fish in a cyst similar to Cryptocaryon. Though even with that TTM may not be a safe option as Amyloodinium can leave it's current host and attach to a different fish within the first 24h. Amyloodinium is also not embedded into the fish's skin like Cryptocaryon which makes it easily come off when catching a fish but also vulnerable to chemical treatment while still on the fish.
For all these reasons CP (or even copper if treating a fish that can't handle CP) is the better treatment as it provides almost instant relieve to the fish.

Brooklynella reproduces by direct fission and has no mandatory off-fish stage. TTM by itself can therefore not rid fish of this parasite. The only truly effective cure is formalin. However, tank transfers are a requirement after formalin dips, which are pretty much the only way to kill Brooklynella.
