i was up until 3am reading about corals..i have so much information going thru my brain it is a scrambled mess in my tiny brain that iam over loaded and dont know what is what at the moment..ill re read the info while the kids are asleep tonight and maybe i can unscramble some of the data

what numbers do i need to look for in each catagory for the beginer polops,beginner mushrooms and the beginer softies packs i have listed above(previous post) from live aquaria

If you let your tank cycle so that you have zero ammonia and zero nitrates and are using the Instant Ocean then you should be fine for adding lps corals--some of what I listed above.
These corals do not make a big demand on calcium, alk, and magnesium that regular water changes won't restore.

I would make sure your flow in the tank is between 20-40 times your tank vol in gph. With lps and softies you can be closer to the lower end of the preferred range.

As for any coral you purchase consider a fresh water dip for hitchikkers and parasites

Start all coral low in the tank and gradually move them up into the lighter areas so they can acclimate.
