wigling?

Hello everyone,
I have a question for everyone. I have noticed that a couple of my ponies have started doing a sort of wiggling about. Nothing much has changed in my tank except that I have added a handful of smails, shrimp and one scooter blenny from a tank that I cycled down. I don't happen to have all my parameters but I've kept up with my water changes.
Could the wiggling be due to a parasite they may have picked up from the blenny? The blenny is doing fine.
What should I treat this with?

Ps. I have a chiller and keep my tank at no higher than 75.

I would check your water,even by doing water changes it doesn't mean that the water is ok (before I do my water change,I check that the water will be the same as I'm takeing out) hope this is of some help.
