Will a Bubble Tip Anemone sting Red Dragon SPS ?

Def will... especially any smooth skin acro's they seem to be less tolerant and more sensitive to anything out of perfection .

guess the reason i'm asking is the part of the anemone was shriveling up after touching that coral which I thought was strange.

I have a Rose Nem right up on some SPS. The nem will "avoid" touching the sps. but because of curent, etc, it will be brushing against it all day long. I have an unknown brown acro that is right up on it, started coloring up and for a while thought it was OK. Well fast forward 3 months and that whole side of the acro is white and stung to heck. Its also millimeters within a geen digi, which for a while seemed OK, but I just proactively fragged the digi.

This pic is from a little while ago, but the entire face of the brown acro that you can see is toast now. Also this pic is from later in the day so the nem is not fully expanded.

yes do it as soon as possible.
if you do sps, I would say just get rid of any moving anemone in the tank
