It would reduce the need for evaporative cooling if u r referring to that.

Evaporation is determined by things like temperature, relative humidity and surface area of the air-water interface. Adding a chiller won't likely affect your evap much at all, but as Ti said, would probably allow you to forego any fan-cooling you've been using to help keep temps down.
