i was thinking if i put my new zoo rock next to my seabae they wouldnt spread too much? or would they harass the seabae?

It would be best to keep the zoanthids away from your anemone, as they can release noxious compounds that may harm it. If you dont want them spreading, place them in the sand.

I would say to leave PLENTY of room for your sebae will grow and expand. Though I found they really don;t move around that much they do grow big and fast!

To show scale on my sebae I got my false perc to pose near the sebae (yeah right like I had a choice :P) The clownfish is almost 2" and the sebae when fully stretched is about 1' diameter! I've had him for almost a year and got him when he was about 4" in diameter.

So to answer your question I would keep everything away from him as I amagine if there were zoos growing around him, they would get smothered in time.

(yeah get to show off my sebae! :D)

(still working on the tank, know it looks a little bare, used to have primarily fish but am adding more corals soon...) Point is leave alot of room as the sebae got really big really fast in a large tank.

Good call. The seabae would not keep back the zoos anyway.
