Just in case your looking for experience, I have used just about everything on the market for aiptasia control and I had a serious problem. I even purchased Berghia Nudibranchs which is advertised as the holy grail of aiptasia control. Didn't work. I actually witnessed one of the nudi's eating an aiptasia about four weeks after introducing them into the tank, but since then nothing. Let's see, I had two copper banded butterflies, a bunch of peppermint shrimp as well. I used joes juice and all the other products on the market. The one thing that was the most effective of all the remedies was the Red Sea Aiptasia-X. The only advice is don't use more than 3ml (one syringe as supplied) in a given session. wait a day or two before treating again as this will affect your pH. As already pointed out, make sure you shut all flow off!!!! It takes time and patience but will work in the end.
