Will Ballast Power T5 - old light

Hi all,

I was given an old light fixture and the ballast says 22w - I think.

The new T5's are 24watts. Will this work?

Probably would but I would look into a workhorse or other brand that's actually listed for a t5 bulb. That thing looks kind of sketchy.
