Will flukes cause flashing/scratching during Prazipro?

I treated my fish with Prazipro Thursday night and since then I have noticed a couple of them flashing/scratching. Can fluke die off during prazipro cause the fish to scratch/itch?

There are no visible signs of ich and no head shaking commonly associated with flukes so I am a bit confused.

Yes, and often scratching can occur well beyond flukes have fallen off. Keep a close eye in case other parasites do show up.
