WIll haveing live rock in QT while using Cupramine kill live rock and Spike ammonia?

I Put the Live rock in there because i have Extra to help control ammonia.

But will the copper kill it and cause an ammonia spike?

The live rock will absorb copper and can make correct dosing difficult. Depending on how much life is on the lr yes it can cause ammonia issues. A sponge filter or hob filter that is already established or used along with instant ocean bio spira works well.

Also would using a Magnum 350 with these on it pull the copper out?

Only carbon, poly filter, and aragonite will absorb copper.
