Will it live?

I just got a half dead acro. It's mostly bleach from the bottom. I would say about 40% bleach and has this not-so-bad stinky smell. What can I do anything to revive it? Or it is as good as dead?

Can I use a razor blade to frag it? How should I cut it (a little bit above the "bleach line" or below) the line?

If you can, snap it with your fingers. That is the best way of fragging. Otherwise pretty much anything that will cut through it will work if it's too thick.
