Will large calcium dosing fluctuate alk level?

I added around 100ml Randy's two part solution at once.
One of the mille is showing RTN. Is it because of the ALK level fluctuation by too much calcium level?

What is your tank size. I would also suggest that a pH swing is a more plausible reason. However, it could be coincidence.

You added 100 mL of the calcium part only to 60 gallons total?

Unless the material was not adequately pure, that wasn't likely the cause of the coral problems.

There is no pH or alk change associated with that addition, and only a 17 ppm calcium boost.
