Will my Acan recover?

Recently purchased my very first corals 4 days ago, and my now-donated chocolate chip starfish took quite a liking to them... All the other heads are responsive, but the eaten head's mouth looks irregular.

Is there any hope?? I'm 3 months into the hobby, so your experience will be appreciated!!

Fwiw when a peppermint shrimp went to town snacking on my bubblegum micromussa the polyps that were attacked looked similar to yours and they look normal now.

Im not an expert in injured corals, so I'm not sure if there's anything you can or should do to help... give them time and see if they recover.
