I have two clowns in a 55 gallon that i would like to xfer to my nano if possible. My nano is 14 gallon, currently houses, leather, hammer and brain coral. 1 cleaner shrimp, 1 pistol shrimp, and 1 yellow watchman goby. Would it be too much if i put the two clowns in the nano??

Thanks and merry xmas

provided you've got more than like 12 or so pounds of live rock in there, then yes it will be fine. For the record, corals dont really contribute to the bioload of a tank (in the sense of having enough filtration to break down amonia anyways)

Personally, I feel someone could pull it off, but I wouldn't do it myself. That would be pretty crammed for a 14g and clownfish love to swim. Also, the bioload would be pretty big. I heard that a pair of clownfish in a small nano (14 g or so) is not a good idea as they may get territorial. In a 55g they are able to establish their own territories easily with lots of room. Just a heads up :) Merry Christmas & Good Luck!
