will ozone kill ich?

I have the chance to get a ozone injector for like free. Will injecting ozone kill ich, since it sterilizes the water?

I suspect ozone will kill anything in the right concentration ... how to kill ich without killing everything else is the question.

ozone only kills what it touches. it won't hurt anything in the tank.
if ozone does make it to the tank, you'll have bigger problems than ich.

you inject it into a reaction chamber or your skimmer usually. once ozone hits an organic molecule, it burns it up, and reverts back to regular o2 (ozone is O3).
