Will the Zoa kill my Monti?

Just curious if I need to take the polyp head and try to relocate it near my other zoas or if they can exists peacefully.

I have zoas growing around my monti caps and the monti caps usually just grow over the zoas drowning out the light for the zoas.

I agree with the post above. My montis will start to grow right over my zoas. I've seen it in friends' tanks too. Zoas can only encrust but encrusting montis are capable of plating and they will to cover other corals.
