Will they host a fake nem?

My clown pair has been in the tank for just over two months. Right now they seem to be hosting my large mag-float in the back corner. I'm not ready for an anemone yet so I was wondering if anyone has ever tried one of the fake ones that Penn Plax sells? It looks pretty fake, but I thought I might give it a try until I am ready for a real anemone. Thoughts or experience?

It actually upsets the clowns to have a fake anemone, as they try to feed and take care of it when hosting, and I noticed it upsets them once you decide to add a real anemone because they become confused and afraid because a fake anemone won't sting them, but the real one does of course, and it takes them time to get used to the sting.

There really is nothing wrong with them hanging out around the PHs. If you plan on an anemone eventually I wouldn't worry.
