Will this work and how?

I want to put a chiller on my 24 gal AP but im not sure where id put it. I m thinking where the pump is in the far left compartment because it has a little more room what do you guys think? The temp stays a constant 81 i want it to be around 75. Do you think this will bring it down to that level?

why are you looking to keep it at 75? A constant 81 isn't too high I don't think.
