Wireless Drivers Not working - flashing code

Hello,
Woke up this morning to find one of my wireless drivers flashing red+green+blue+blue+blue....white and the pump not rotating. I thought it may be a power issue so swapped power with working unit and same reaction. Plugged the "good" unit back up and it's now doing the same thing(flashing). I re-installed the normal drivers( that I thankfully didn't send in yet) and both pumps are back on-line. Would like to know what the flashing code represents and is there a way to reset these or do I need to send them in??

Cheers

Sounds like the motor or power supply might be taking the drivers out.

Please email us at service@ecotechmarine.com with a more detailed description of exactly what is going on and we'll address the problem. We're definitely going to need to have the whole pump sent in to determine why this is occurring.

E-mail sent. Any idea what the flashing code means???

Cheers,

It means the pump is not commutating, which could be anything from a mechanical issue on the motor itself to a driver related issue. We'll have to analyze it.
