Wiring help please

My lights did not come with a wiring guide and I can not seem to find one on the net. I want to run these through a switch and a regular wall plug. Can anyone help me with the wiring? 6 bulb T5.

If you can look at the ballast, from looking at the picture it looks like there are at least 2 ballasts, normally the black and white wires are the hot and neutral wires that go to the 120v (plug)

Black is usually hot, and the white is neutral, green ground
