Hey everyone,
I know some people are able to get great photos without a tripod. I, unfortunately, am not one of those people.
I recently bought a tripod so I can get better macro shots of my tank. Yes, I bought a cheap one during black Friday, but it got 5* reviews on Amazon and customers are still using the same one for 2 years. Not bad for a $15 tripod...
Anyway, I just snapped some photos using my tripod, and I want to compare the new pictures with my old pictures from when I started with a DSLR. The Before pictures are from the 2nd day with my DSLR. The Current photo is with a tripod, Canon EF 100mm macro lens, and a remote shutter on a Canon T3i. Also, most of the first ones had very little, if any, post processing. All the Current ones have been shot in RAW and edited in Photoshop to match White Balance and such...
These are all cropped pretty small, which is why they appear pretty grainy. I need to get a flash with a ball mount so I can get better lighting at faster shutter speeds to help with this. Constructive Criticism Please!
