I'm trying to get rid of a WMC certificate I won at the BAR Swap. I posted on the BAR forum for a trade but might get rid of it faster here since you guys are local. Trades probably wont work here so I'll sell it for $60 via paypal. Please PM me. Thanks.

We prefer, and state at meetings that if you win something at a BAR event that you do not want, that you should trade it at the event.

Hmmm, looks like i created some a tad bit of a mess. My intent was to go on saturday for the WMC but my work has had a bit of reorg recently so it was up in the air whether i could go or not. I read that you have to register by april 1st to sign up for lunch and dinner and get a free t shirt. I posted locally on the Bar forum for a trade first but had no pm's. I got worried and decided to post here but didnt think it would be worthwhile for a trade due to the distance. That's the quick version of things. So if I offended anyone, i'm sorry. Guess I'll have to donate more frags to the next bar swap...

No worries on the BAR end! You explained this situation well. Stuff happens - we are all just a little cautions because in the past people have tired to convert the generous donations to the Bay Area swaps into profit and we want to avoid that.
