Yesterday, the some of the WMC vendors were setting up their displays. All I can saw is WOW :eek2: to some of the displays! These guys know how to put together a nice display. I also saw quite a few products for sale and some give aways. All WMC attendees - you definitely want to go to the vendor booths and check it out before it's open to the general public (Sunday 9 - 3 PM ).

Sorry Huy, I don't take credit card. However, I will take any cash and frags that you want to give me. Actually - I think some of the vendors will be taking credit cards - but cash is always best.

Open to the public? Unfortunatly, I spend all my extra moola on the tank, even though it would be cool to attend the conference am not....Did you say that the vendors are open to the public on sunday? ie: for the people who didn't get tickets for the conference? Want to clarify, before making a trip

Just a couple of things about the vendors exhibits. A lot of the vendors are selling things at "Show Special Price."

I picked up a pair of Lumenarc III mini with air conditioning for an AWESOME price. Lumenarc is showing one of their new reflectors (not yet in production). (I might be selling some Lumenarc III reflectors soon.)

Mermaid Aquarium - all I can say is WOW! WOW! WOW! That is one awesome tank! Max has the tank completely filled with gorgeous mini-colonies priced to move! I overheard him mentioning that he's going to have more corals tomorrow. If you're not attending the conference, you will want to show up on Sunday just to see the tank.

YourReef - as usual. Great prices and great selection!

CPR Aquatic - great display! Picked up a copy of Scott Michael's new book - A Pocket Expert Guide to Reef Aquarium Fishes: 500+ Essential-to-know species. I hadn't seen the book until CPR had it at their booth. Even Matt (Wombat2) picked up a copy (and Matt knows everything already). Little secret - if you like one of his display, talk to them. They don't want to pack up and drive everything back. They are selling off all of their display below wholesale.

Jelliquarium - great display! You have to see this tank! The guy was great to talk to.

Catalina Aquarium has a huge number of items out for display. I didn't get to talk to them today - but they will be there tomorrow.

Piscine Energetic is giving out certificate for free samples to all attendees. I haven't talked to PE yet.

CaribSea - great display. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to talk to them yet. :D

Fishbowl Innovation - they had some automatic moonlight system for sale at show special pricing. I saw a few people snatch them up! They also have a Nielsen reactor for sale, and have graciously donate one to the raffle!

Sunlight Supply - sorry, didn't get a check to check them out yet.

SeaChem - free salt! Really interesting talking to the guy about his product. I am going to try to get one of his test kit to test out at the next club's meeting (Re: Water Chemistry). BTW - I didn't know this, but his test kits include a known reference sample so that you can make sure you're doing the test correctly! GREAT IDEA.

Rowa USA, TRO, Walt Smith, LiquidLife, EcoSystem, DT's, and Reef Nutrition -- haven't had to chance to check out their booths.

BTW - the vendor area is available to the general public on Sunday for free. I think the time is from 9 - 3 PM.

You can't believe the tank Mermaid Aquarium brought to the conference. Absolutely insane!!

The donations from the vendors are piling up on the raffle table for tonight's raffle, but I haven't even had a chance to buy any tickets.

One more full day of speakers, exhibitors, lunch, dinner, and of course the raffle.

Too many to list individually, but a huge thank you to all the exhibitors, the speakers, the attendees from all over the Western U.S., and of course the committee members who've been working like crazy to make this thing a reality.
