Woke up to ick

So I went to bed everyone in the tank was happy and healthy. Or so it seemed. I got up 6 hours later to see my powder brown looking like the photo below. I knew something was off as he wasn't in the area he normally rests in. My question is with me catching it this quick can I just put him in treatment? Or should I pull and treat all the fish? I honestly am not sure where it came from. I quarantine all my fish for 6 weeks and there have been no new additions... should I also now be leaving the tank fish free for the 70 plus days? Any advise would be greatly appreciated

If one fish has it then they can all get it. I would pull all of them and treat with copper and leave tank empty for 10 weeks, but Iv read of some people just pulling the fish showing signs and the others are healthy enough to fight it off but ich will still be in the tank until you leave it empty

Is there anything that is known to help treat the main tank faster? I know patience is a must with this hobby but just asking
