When do you expect to have the larger Won Brothers Heater tubes back in stock?
I'm specifically interested in the 500w tube.

Won Brothers is telling us that they are having a QC problem with them right now, and they are not into full production yet. That's a fairly good sign though that they are taking their time with the product to make it right.

Got any details or recommendations?

I used a 200W Won Brothers titanium for years in my 55gal. Now, I want to use a 500W heater only in my sump.

Any recommendations for a heater only tube that I can run off my controller?

Hydor makes an "unbreakable glass" heater, in a 400w version that we have had awesome success rates with! This is the direction I would go. The unit does have a controller already on top of it, however you could still use your own separate controller on it.
