Are there any benefits to using a in sump pump compared to a out of sump pump and vice a versa? I am trying to get pumps for my 210 but I am just not sure about which to get?

heat transfer more room in your sump for other equipment... quietness is sometimes better with in sump

yes, I agree with jj...heat transfer can be an issue for some folks. In sump pump also has good benefit-no leak issue.
