so i stop in at work sunday afternoon, and my rbta is wrapped around his rock and all twisted up...we cleaned the glass, changed 5 out of 45 gallons, etc.

boy is he twisted funny...



TURNS OUT...I HAVE TWO!!!


he split all on his own. I've had him since october, and he has a little over quadrupled in size. now i have one original size, and one double size. i guess that implies there's a little shrinkage going on due to the stress of events.

please post tips for care, etc. especially, when i do i start/resume feeding?

sorry, i know, this thread is 'borat quality' without pics--i'll try to get one up tomorrow. its not really impressive though; we couldnt tell for certain until today that he really was split, and not just all tangled up in himself.

Very nice BTA's there. You will want to cover those intakes in the background, especially after cloning it is not unusual for a BTA to wander.

Must have happened last night...yesterday the smaller of the two was a figure eight/mae west and today it was separated.

both mouths are already closed...will try feeding wednesday or thursday...

These look more brown, but its only in the pic quality. In person they are as good if not just a little better than the pics i posted this spring. I guess I need to head over to the photo forum
