Can someone tell me what kind of worm this is. As you can see it is Ribbon like, no bristles, very smooth looking and is mostly a greenish color until you get to the head where it fades into like an orangish skin tone color. I found it picking at something in an empty shell right on top of the sand. Also can you let me know if it is good or bad please. Thanks. Video link below:

I Think it is a Nemertea ( Ribbon Worms ) Generally, nemertines are carnivorous; most feed on small invertebrates like crustaceans and annelids, but some feed on the eggs of other invertebrates, and a few live inside the mantle cavity of molluscs and feed on microbes filtered out by the host. but wait for Leslie to respawn she know her worms over me.

..... but wait for Leslie to respawn she know her worms over me........

 How can I respawn if I haven't spawned before?

I really can't be sure from the photos or video - they're simply shot from too far away. I don't see any signs of segmentation or parapodia but a better close-up might reveal them. For what it's worth, it swims more like a polychaete than the nemerteans I've seen (not worth much :) ).

If it's a poly, at that size & with that simple head/body structure, it's not going to bother anything you value. Same for it being a nemertean. It would eat organisms it's own size or smaller, mostly other worms & crustaceans as geemanaz said.

sorry for respawn it was a typo. i meant to say it the over way and after doing some research and came to the conclusion it was a Ribbon Worms. on
chucksaddiction site have a photo of a ribbon worm that look like the worm that he posted
