Worm ID?? Please

I was directed to this section to try to ID a pair of interesting worms that have come in on some live rock I recieved from LiveAquaria today

Need to try to ID these worms. Got them as HitchHikers on some live rock from LiveAquaria. I'd like to know if they are safe to toss back into the tank, or should they be kept out. They are each about 3/4" long.

Safe enough. Those are two color variants of the same species of scale worm. They are micro-predators on small worms, small crustaceans (like pods), and will eat detritus or scavenge.
