Worm ID. What is this?

Looks like a leech. I saw it crawling on the glass, retracting itself life a bungee and then launching to dart on some pods trying to eat them. Tail is shaped like this < like a V shape.

Is that bad? Should I treat? Im not really planning on putting corals in there, is it gonna hurt my fish?
